CSIRO have indicated their support for the foundation orally, but it has not signed off yet. I expect this to happen within the next 2 weeks.

I'd prefer it if we could wait with a large public announcement until that's done. They'll  want to make this a press release, which will give it wide publicity.

Also remember: it's not incorporated yet, just in process. Feel free to report on the in-progress work, but not on the CSIRO support for this yet.
