Election of the 2008 Annodex Association committee

As was done in 2007, we will be conducting the elections via an online
voting system, using an external Condorcet-based election system.

Positions available are:

 President
 Vice-President
 Secretary
 Treasurer
 3 Ordinary Members

Please send nominations to annodex-association at lists.annodex.net.

Nominations should include your name, the position you would like to
run for, and (optionally) a statement about what you would aim to
achieve in that role (ie. your election platform, why people should
vote for you).

Nominees must be 2008 members of the Annodex Association, i.e. subscribed to
annodex-association at lists.annodex.net.

Assuming nominations are received for all positions by Jan 3, then the
following election schedule will apply:

Dec 13 (6 weeks prior to the AGM): nominations open
Jan 3 (3 weeks prior to the AGM): nominations closed, voting open

Jan 23 (1 day prior to the AGM): voting closed
Jan 24 (AGM): 2008 committee announced
