[AnxAssoc] [Advisory-panel] Annodex Association 2010 AGM and Election of 2010 committee

I'd like to re-nominate the remaining committee from the last year to
stand for another year:

* Michael Dale for Secretary
* John Ferlito for Treasurer
* Jan Gerber, Denis Crowdy, Victor Gal for ordinary member

They've all progressed the Annodex goals and supported the association
wherever possible and it would be great if they continued moving it
forward.
