[annodex-dev] Cannot install annodex firefox plugin

Trying to install on Firefox 1.0.7 (Ubuntu Breezy Intel 32) I get a
dialog saying:

Firefox could not download the file at
http://annodex.net/software/AnnodexFirefoxExtension/AnnodexViewer-Linux-i386.xpi
because: Unexpected error -203
