[annodex-dev] phpannodex installation bug squashed

Howdy,

The phpannodex bindings had an issue where php could not find the extension. 
The problem was simply that the installation instructions didn't tell you to 
update your php.ini file with the line "extension=phpannodex.so".

Thanks to Conrad for spotting the problem.
