[annodex-dev] Minor type in Temporal URI spec

In the Time Schemes section there is a list of "Examples for time-interval URI specifications with different time schemes". The first example is supposedly for an interval between 36453.25s - 36475s, when it seems to me it should be 36453.24s - 36475s, ie the first time should end with ".24" rather than ".25".
