[annodex-dev] Hypervideo is on the rise again

claims that hypervideo is a highly desired novel technology.

It also states: "Such disagreements over terminology emphasise just
how new the technology is." There are many different, new technical
solutions springing up now. Seems it is time for Annodex to make a big
splash!
