[annodex-dev] Update on Annodex Servers

Hi everyone,

by the end of this month, we will be moving all of the Annodex
Association server installations out of CSIRO. This move is necessary
because CSIRO is ceasing to support the Annodex Association with
server hardware.

Fortunately, we now have very close links to the Xiph Foundation and
svn, trac and the mailing lists have already been moved over to Xiph's
infrastructure.

Further, Ralph Giles of Xiph is kindly providing us with two xen
servers onto which we are in the process of moving www.annodex.net,
www.annodex.org (with associated events), validator.annodex.org and
media.annodex.net.

This note is to make everyone aware of the move and to warn people
with accounts on the CSIRO Annodex servers that these will be shut
down by the end of this month. So, if you have any valuable data on
these servers, please take a copy.
