FW(little)IW I prefer this as well.
It's not particularly hard to port the CMML ogg mapping to another
temporal xml document, but isn't simpler to not have to. And we
automatically get the hyperlink and indexing support. Alsoe, given
confusion very low bitrate streams seem to cause in seeking,
having everything in one place might be a good idea in general.
