[annodex-dev] creation of a parliamentary library

Dear all

I would like to create an archive for Parliaments in which:

text - audio and audio video can be read and listen and watch using annodex

now my question is

from where should I start to develop a demo a concreate demonstration of how
it works ?

What I have to install to annotate audio and audio video and how should
annotate text to create a correspondence between text and audi video files

What I have to install on the server ?
