[annodex-dev] creation of a parliamentary library

I work on metavid.ucsc.edu its an open source archive for political 
proceeding in the US. We use mod_annodex and export cmml meta data. 
Check out the site and then come by #metavid on irc.freenode or email 
me. I would be happy to discuss where we are going with metavid and see 
if it's applicable to what you want to do with parliament proceedings.
