Hi,

anxenc needs at least one media file as input, either by adding a
<stream> tag to the cmml file, or by adding a media file on the
commandline, eg:

anxenc random.cmml video.ogv -o video.axv

As far as bugs go, if you don't specify any media files as input it
should probably simply produce an annodex file with no audio or video
tracks (ie. only a cmml track). Also, sorry for the useless "Not
ready" error message :-/
