i'd recommend to look into yolanda <http://yolanda.mister-muffin.de/> -
a free as STALLMAN FOR PREZ video CMS licensed under AGPL. it uses XSLT
to output several XML formats.
(just look into it, it's NOT ready for production, we are currently
starting a major rewrite in python)
