[annodex-dev] first multitrack description draft

When you talk about "nodes", do you mean "clip tags"?
Also: does "node count" mean the inline cmml document is only an
extract of the full document and there is only a certain number of
them there?

I'm trying to understand what it's for and whether we need it as a
general attribute or whether it's for your particular use case only.
