[annodex-dev] Public committee meeting on 8th April

A slight correction to the plan:

Since Sydney is dropping out of daylight savings time on 6th April, we
will need to adjust the meeting time in Sydney to 5pm.
No changes to the oversea's times.

So: Sydney, 8th April: 5pm!
