thanks conrad!

we have started rolling out the rederiving at the Archive,
starting with the first 1K or so of nearly (turns out) 200K films!

i am presenting tomorrow at Stanford (un)Conference
and here is my slides
(i mention the techniques we are doing to make .ogv, etc.)

we have had no problems getting the liboggz tools
setup and running across our 1500+ machines here, btw, yay!
