hmm, odd, it seems that the audio and video tracks are in the file.

If you use wget against the URL, does the downloaded file contain audio
and video, and play in vlc?

no, that was just a silly bug in anxrip. I just fixed that up in svn so
that it now (more likely correctly) reports a timebase of 0 unless
otherwise defined.
