[annodex-users] tool to assist marking up cmml files

Hi,

Attached is a small tar archive of a program I am working on to mark up
and encode media files as annodex.  Lots of bugs, _very_ early days, and
demonstrates the danger of rank-amateurs coding in python, but what the
hell - it's useful to me!

There are some truly awful bits in it (not using anything sensible to
print and organise tags, for example).  It uses mplayer in slave mode as
that is more reliable than other players on my machine.
